Cancellation Fees:

If you cancel a booked session, the following cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellation within 5 days before shooting: 0%

Cancellation 1-4 days before shooting: 50%

Cancellation on the day of shooting: 100%

In the case of cancellation of a photo shooting reservation, the Company will deduct the prescribed cancellation fee and handling fee (refund processing fee or transfer fee) from the fee paid by the customer for use of this service. Refunds will be made via the credit card used in , or via PayPal if paid via PayPal. Please note that when paying via credit card, the timing of the payment being reflected on your statement will vary depending on the credit card company you use.

Cancellation Due to Weather:

In the case of cancellation due to heavy rain, etc., there will be no cancellation fee. However, this decision is made by the photographer.

Refund:

Refunds related to cancellations will be processed to the credit card used for payment once the cancellation is confirmed. The processing time for refunds depends on the credit card company.

 

If you would like to change the shooting date due to weather etc., please refer to our reschedule policy. If there is a warning or any other danger that could compromise safety, the photo shoot may not proceed, following the cancellation policy. Please understand this.

 

＜Reschedule Policy＞

Rescheduling is only possible if you notify us at least 5 days before the photoshoot, and it is contingent upon the photographer's availability on the new date.

If the photographer is unavailable, every effort will be made to find a suitable replacement photographer. If a replacement photographer cannot be found, cancellation will be necessary.

About the rescheduled date:

Changes can be made from the 5th day after the date of your notification.
